I started DJing when I was 16 with my dad at a 50th birthday party. 4 cases of CDs from motown to all the 90s hits, 2 players and a mixer. Soon after I was the “burn me a mix” kid in highschool and senior year assemblies set list curator. College was the same except for the high school gym became the Theta Chi Boom Boom Room. I’d say then is when light bulb switched on and I bought my first set of turntables short after. Spent hours in my room practicing, then friends’ house parties, small clubs and lounges which brought me to Island Block Radio. I’ve been rocking with IBR for about 10 yrs now, from the radio shows and long morning drives to the sold out Island Block Concert Series at the House of Blues. This exposure has put me back in Las Vegas strip, where I’m currently mixing any place between a hotel lounge bar to the bigger night clubs. I’m only getting started and can’t wait to get back with everyone partying like we used to.
